QUALITY POLICY

The our management is committed to provide quality assurance services of national and international standards with technical competence leading to sustained customer’s satisfaction and also meeting the stated requirements of customer's specifications, customer’s quality policies relevant to jobs and their implied, intended, unstated needs, in the fields of mechanical engineering jobs of Surface preparation, Application of protective coating, Fabrication, Equipment erection, Plant maintenance. We will provide assurance to their customers that the requirements of safety, Reliability and quality are met at all stages by systematic approach. We will provide adequate, experienced and trained human Resources, Reliable Plant & Machinery. We will continue to make efforts to develope technical competence at all levels.

We will review production, human resources, continual improvement, corrective & preventive actions for achieving the production targets & monitoring effectiveness of its quality management system at regular intervals. We will ensure that records and documents are well maintained. We will ensure that Company's Quality Policy is effectively communicated; Understood at all levels, implemented and maintained.

Quality Assurance System

Our Quality Assurance System consists of various control checks conducted at each stage of execution of job activates, which are as follows:

• Inspection, QA checks, Correlation of test certificates of Raw Materials, consumables and other miscellaneous items
• Process control at each stage of execution of activity as per approved procedures, standard Practices.
• Control and use of calibrated inspections equipments and instruments.
• Final inspections, Testing, Checks, recording and evaluation of observations.
• To take corrective and preventive measures for the deviations noted.
• Training of Operators
• Regular Tool Box talks for awareness of Quality, Safety, Precautions and Technical requirements of the job for supervisors, operators and technicians
• Quality review meeting on client's audit report to ensure maintaining of quality during execution of job as per client's requirements.
• Proper Storage and record keeping of raw materials, consumables, machinery, tools and tackles, spares, semi finished and finished products.
• Documentation Control.
